Legalization is finally here, and we are excited to work with you! 

Beginning August 1, 2023 cultivating cannabis for personal use in accordance with the requirements of the HF100 Bill will no longer be a criminal offense under Minnesota state law. MN residents 21 years of age or older will be allowed to grow up to 8 plants, with no more than four being mature. Plants need to be in an enclosed space not open to public view.
